The wastewater treatment plant is located right outside city limits. If you have having problems with your water or sewer and can't get through to the clerk-treasurers office, you many leave a detailed message at the treatment plant. Be sure to leave your name and contact number.
The Town of Cromwell operates two utilities, water and wastewater. These are combined on one monthly billing statement. The monthly billing is mailed out on or before the 10th and is due by the 25th of that month.
For questions about your bill, please contact the Cromwell Utilities office at (260) 856-2108.
Trash removal is currently contracted through Noble County Disposal (NCD). Residents are charged accordingly and this charge is included on your utility bill.
Trash is collected early Wednesday mornings. Each residence is limited to one 90-gallon tote provided by NCD. You can obtain an additional trash tote by contacting NCD. Trash totes must be placed at the curb. NCD will not take large piles of construction material, for these types of items we recommend that you rent a dumpster or take them to a local sanitation site.
The Town conducts an annual cleanup day. Residents must provide proof of residency by showing a current utility bill. Stay tuned for more information on dates and times.
